Plan a Gathering – Venue Guidelines
Our venue is intended to promote joy, fellowship, and spiritual encouragement for all brothers and sisters. Please review the following guidelines to help keep it enjoyable for everyone.
Complimentary Gatherings
The following events may use the venue free of charge:
Speaker hospitality meals
Memorial gatherings
Congregation-organized events
Community activities (karaoke, dancing, barbecues, etc.)
Celebrations (graduations, anniversaries, etc.)
Music Band and Talent Shows.
Please note: Events with a restricted or private guest list may require a venue fee.
General Guidelines
Parking
Use the driveway or legal street parking only. Please do not block driveways or neighboring properties.
Decorations & Property Care
Do not damage the property or use nails, staples, tape, or similar materials.
Clean-Up
Have a cleaning crew prepared. All trash must be removed from the venue.
Private Event Guidelines
Maximum occupancy is 125 guests unless prior approval is granted.
Music & Entertainment
Hosts provide their own equipment
Keep volume at a respectful level
Approval is required for special equipment or additional power needs
Food & Beverages
Hosts provide all food, drinks, and restroom supplies
Alcohol service and transportation are the host’s responsibility
Facility Care
Keep restrooms clean and stocked
Remove all decorations and trash
Leave the venue as it was found
Safety & Liability
Entry is limited to invited guests
The property owner is not responsible for lost items, accidents, or injuries
