Plan a Gathering – Our Guidelines
Want to plan a gathering? Our goal is to provide a welcoming place for refreshing Christian fellowship, from congregation hospitalitys to karaoke, dancing, and dinners. We are happy to welcome all brothers and sisters who are in good standing within our brotherhood.
We provide the basic facilities and supplies needed for our regularly scheduled spring and summer gatherings. However, for those wishing to host a private event outside our normal schedule, please review the following guidelines.
Private Gatherings and Venue Fee
For private gatherings with a restricted guest list, a $500 venue fee applies, similar to renting a private event space. For comparison, the Elks Club charges approximately $1,000 for five hours for up to 100 guests and restricts outside food.
Reminders for All Gatherings
Setup and Kitchen Use
Come a day early to set up and prepare for your gathering.
Dinnerware is available for your use and can help reduce disposable waste.
Chafing dishes are available. Please bring your own Sterno fuel to keep food warm.
Please provide paper towels and toilet paper for the restrooms as needed.
The patio kitchen must be left in the same condition in which you found it.
All dinnerware must be washed and returned to its proper place.
Parking and Safety
Please encourage carpooling and make use of available street parking to help accommodate everyone.
Assign a responsible person to direct vehicles safely into the parking lot and to untilze parking spaces.
Cleanup and Restoring the Venue
Please arrange for a cleanup crew before the event begins.
All trash must be collected and removed after your gathering.
Chairs and other items must be returned to their proper places.
Please remove all decorations and leave the venue clean and ready for the next gathering.
Our Shared Goal
We want every gathering to be enjoyable, memorable, and refreshing for everyone attending. By working together and taking good care of the facilities, we can continue providing a welcoming place for fellowship and happy memories.
Most importantly, we want everything we do to bring praise and honor to Jehovah!
