Plan a Gathering – Our Guidelines
Hello Friends,
Our venue is dedicated to promoting hospitality, and encouragement within our brotherhood. While we are closed to the public, all brothers and sisters are always welcome. We do not restrict those friends who hear about an event and wish to attend; successfully, over the past 15 years, we have never experienced an issue with overcrowding.
1. Choose Your Gathering Type
Category A: Open Community Events (No Fee)
These are standard, open gatherings intended for the encouragement of all the friends. No venue fee is required for events such as:
Congregation speaker hospitality meals
Memorial gatherings
Karaoke, dancing, live bands, and talent shows
Graduations, baby showers, and anniversaries
Category B: Private Restrictive Bookings (Nominal Fee)
If you desire to hold a private and personal event with a restricted guest list, a fee will apply. When you take this option you have the right to play your style of music and entertainment within our Christian guidelines.
Venue Fee: A rental fee of $500 applies to cover operating costs.
Rate: Offered at a significantly lower cost than renting a standard public venue.
Save this cost and incorporate your event within our scheduled events.
2. Standard Venue Guidelines
(Applicable to all types of basic gatherings, organized from setup to clean-up)
Preparation & Food (Early Setup)
Preparation is key to a successful event! Hosts are welcome to set up one day early if needed. Hosts are responsible for providing all food, beverages, and restroom supplies.
If alcohol is served, the host assumes full responsibility for its monitoring and must arrange safe transportation for guests when necessary. Guests should not consume alcohol off the property or cause disturbances to our neighbors.
Decorations
You are welcome to decorate the space to suit your event. However, all decorations—including tape, adhesives, and hardware—must be completely removed immediately following the conclusion of your gathering.
Arrival & Parking
We have street parking and also our front lot can accommodate up to 10 vehicles when parked efficiently. For evening events, the parking areas are equipped with overhead floodlights for safety and visibility.
Music & Entertainment
Hosts are responsible for providing their own sound and entertainment equipment. While we do not have immediate close neighbors, we ask that music and audio levels be kept at a respectful volume throughout the event.
Safety & Liability
Event hosts are fully responsible for the conduct and safety of their guests throughout the gathering. Children must be supervised at all times and are not permitted to run or play unattended. The venue is not responsible for lost items, accidents, injuries, or property damage.
Clean-Up & Departure
Hosts are required to organize a dedicated clean-up crew before the event begins. Guests often depart without realizing how much clean-up remains, so having a team in place is essential. All trash must be removed from the venue, and all areas must be left in the condition they were found.
We hope these guidelines assist you in planning a seamless, safe, and enjoyable event. Thank you for your cooperation, care, and consideration. We look forward to helping you create wonderful memories!
